Hey: let's read another book together?
Hello, Editor Matt here!
Itβs been a long time since you heard from me. A quick station identification: This newsletter is Dracula Daily, which sends out the entire book Dracula in bite-sized pieces.
This list has been quiet for a while because Dracula Season doesnβt start until May. But Iβm interrupting here to let you know some quick news about a new thing to read.
(In the meantime, sit tight for Dracula. If youβre getting this newsletter, then youβre already signed up for Dracula Daily, and youβll start getting the story in your email in May)
The quick news
Weβre kicking off a new newsletter - another underrated and overlooked book, delivered in βreal timeβ to your inbox. Itβs called The Honeywood File, and the newsletter is Honeywood Daily. You can sign up for it here.
The short version is: hereβs another great book, told through letters and telegrams, that we can read together like Dracula. Itβs got much shorter sections, and itβs spread out over a longer time period. The book is about people trying to design and build a house - an architect, his client, and the people they work with along the way. I think itβs very, very funny. Honeywood is one of my favorite books Iβve discovered over the last few years.
Hereβs my pitch on why youβll love it.
Weβll start on April 1st (no fooling!) - so sign up if you want to read along. More details over at Honeywood.
Thanks
Thatβs it. If youβre just here for Dracula, then sit tight - our story begins in May!
