Apple will launch Apple Intelligence in China with iOS 27.3, the company announced on its Chinese newsroom website, as reported by MacRumors. The Apple Intelligence features will be available first in an iOS 27.3 beta that's set to launch on November 4th, with a full iOS 27.3 release scheduled for December.
This launch doesn't bring the new Siri AI to China. ARC Raiders players can now download update 2.3 and dive into new content with a ton of fixes, adjustments, and some exciting additions.
ARC RAiders Souls Offering Player Project

Update 2.3 brings with it a brand-new player project for raiders to contribute to. The Souls Offering content is available now and players can begin the grind today.
While the four contradas of Toledo can’t agree on much, one thing they all have in common are the losses they’ve suffered topside. As brutal stories from Pendola Pass trickle into the cantinas, Celeste is encouraging members of Speranza to pause and honor the fallen.
Remember each fallen Raider for who they were, and the dents they were able to make in ARC’s onslaught. Each offering is unique, but all who pause in reverence share in their Soul’s Offering.
ARC Raiders Noxious Set
In addition to the player project, the big update also includes a new set for players to add to their wardobe.
“Update 2.3 is rolling out right now with the Noxious Set, a number of fixes and a new player project! Please restart the game to download.”
The update included the other following changes, as well:
Adjusted loot distribution in the Emperor. Containers near the entrance now yield lower-tier rewards, with higher-tier loot placed deeper inside.
Fixed a case where rolling enemies would continue to lay tracks after they died.
Improved the way ARC move when they are close to the borders of the map.
Fixed an issue where players could stand on the Skulker indefinitely.
Adjusted Vaporizer debris so they no longer fly away or jitter; responses now better match their weight and size.
Added new visual hatches to make it easier to see how far the Frigate puzzle has progressed.
Fixed missing collision on the Frigate that allowed players to enter or hide inside geometry, and prevented players getting stuck on the wings.
Minor animation adjustment to the Bull Rush skill’s camera animation on hit.
Fixed an issue where magazines did not eject during reloads on Bettina, Bobcat, and Kettle.
Since Frozen Trail has released, the ARC Raiders team has been including fixes in the weekly updates. After today they will go back to the regular schedule of fixes every three weeks and store updates on a weekly basis.

Helldivers 2 launched all the way back in February 2024, but the game is still going strong thanks to frequent updates and exciting in-game activities. This week delivers the annual Liberty Day celebration and a handful of minigames for players to enjoy as they check in for the occasion.

On October 31, 1986, Universal Studios Hollywood launched its first-ever Halloween Horror Nights event. The big draw that evening was the Terror Tram, which was really just their normal, everyday Studio Tour repurposed to scare the crap out of people. “It’s one Halloween you’ll never forget. That is…if you live to talk about it,” promised a print advertisement for the event. Unfortunately, those words would end up sounding eerily prescient afterward.
At some point during the nighttime tour, trams were supposed to drive by a parked tram full of mannequins made up to look like corpses. That was 20-year-old Paul Rebalde’s cue to jump out from the pile of fake dead bodies and try to frighten the folks on the passing vehicles. However, one of those attempts didn’t go according to plan, and Rebalde somehow got himself stuck between the third and fourth sections of a four-section tram. In the process, he was run over and dragged for roughly 100 feet.
The Tragic Death That Shut Down Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights for YEARS
Sadly, Rebalde was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 9 p.m. that night. “There was no indication that the tram had a problem or anything like that,” said Universal Studios publicity director Joan Bullard of the incident. “The sheriff has told us that it was an unfortunate accident,” she continued. Though no changes were made to the show, Bullard assured visitors that safety procedures “would be heightened even more” the following evening.
Rebalde had been working several jobs at the park leading up to his death, including selling toys and managing a booth that sold film by the front gate. “He was one of the sweetest kids that worked up here,” recalled a fellow Universal Studios employee. “He was the kind of guy that always walked around with a smile on his face. Everybody liked him,” they added.
Halloween Horror Nights was discontinued for six years due to the tragedy, but eventually returned in 1992.
